The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to central London, Stansted Express, and buses to all areas. The hostel is conveniently located just opposite Shepherds Bush, with three tube stations and an overground train station nearby. The communal areas are well-maintained and offer a lively atmosphere for socializing and relaxing. the hostel provides a range of facilities such as power points in the rooms and a check-in and check-out pub next door, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.

There were some issues with the room lock and the functionality of the lockers.
